concerns and suggestions on the table a response is expected from Jessica Alba
at another meeting expected to be set for next week general secretary of the
NW Granville Valentine says among the major points to be dealt with is the
matter of the retention of the Jamaican workers during the upgrade of the plant
the workers were handed letters a sir big notice of redundancies on heroes’
day mr. Valentine says the unions requested that the letter be withdrawn
and reissued under the guidance of the Labor Ministry the company addressed the
matter right we had only one meeting at the Ministry of Labour they went and
they serve a lot of notice and a public holiday without the knowledge of the
ministry or any agreement between we at them so we requested that Athleta be
returned the wording of the letter is also ambiguous and as a result we also
believe that it should be it should be clear it should be understood whilst
you’re at the ministry that the ministry and and the parties understand that any
step that are gonna be taken must be decided there the blood bank has declared a blood
shortage crisis in the island blood drive organiser at the blood bank or

evening in primetime news and now for today’s healthy living tip keep the
dressing of the wound dry protect the wound from bumps pressure and the Sun
always wash hands before and after touching the wound or when changing
dressings watch for the signs of infection and seek medical advice if one
develops and in sports the owners of Jamaica
Tolliver’s have reaffirmed their stance to keep the franchise in Jamaica but
there are plans to shift the number of games to be played at Sabina Park for
the 2020 season TV Jays Ranade Brown reports for the Jamaica Tala was the
2019 Caribbean summer league season was a forgettable one and the team managed
just two wins from their ten games it was a whether the first time since the
CPR started in 2013 as five games were held at savanna pod this was made
possible through the support of the Jamaican government in the aftermath of
talks about moving the franchise but according to Tarawa CEO Jefferson Miller
government support did not equate to spectator support over the five years
first and foremost we ran in a business and we have to look at the bottom line
because there’s a tremendous amount of expenses and running a franchise in the
CPL but we do in consultation and we’re talking to management they’re talking to
government to see how we can move forward make sure but if you look at it
last year we had a two game surrender with almost all of games what I can see
from force in Jamaica is that they love winners and a few winning they’re going
to come out if you’re losing you’re not going to support
but while plans of movie of the franchise have been shoved the owners
are still looking for other avenues of maximizing their investments my
commitment is to probably have two games at Fulani
that’s free games there and that’s that’s what I’m looking to do next year
so to answer your question yes the Jamaica would be the location for all
five games Minna also hinted at Chris Gayle and
Andre Russa committing to the team for next season we saw us poking a Christian
of spoken to Andrea and again we are looking through a total reassessment of
the team and that would occur join the trough and before and after his wrath in
the meantime the tower was donated cricket gear to two young players on
Monday former papeon High player Shamar Edwards
was grateful for the equipment the other plan was national under-19 captain Kurt
McKenzie who recently returned from a West Indies on the 19 cam I always I
would experience in that valley years of youth cricket is
we recognize who entered and I think I’m just really hoping to be a 19 team
forever Cup in South Africa the presentation was made at Sabina Park
Barnard abroad for TVJ sports and that’s the midday news I’m Andrea Chisholm join

  1. Indecom is one of the reason why crime and violence is on the rise in Jamaica , these gun men gained so much strength since this body became popular, not withstanding police officers are not adequately paid , hence that leads to domestic disputes spouses getting financially frustrated, not to mention a police officer can’t properly conduct his / her duty without them being scrutinized by indecom , it’s like walking on egg shells, What do u think going happen? The police are going to turn a blind eye to crime ..resign as fast as they came run from problems

  2. Watchman keep watch right? Making watchman a potential witness right? Why madam principal feel the need to spell out watchman name to John Public? Smh

  3. It's a shame and disgrace madam principal next time don't call out the watchman name in the public like that you can't trust anyone a hope they hold those culprit same same the children are the future

  4. I don't what Jamaica is coming to under the present JLP party government, the country is well doomed. The government is wasting taxpayers money on on foolishness about cyberspace laws, they doing it .
Because the United States say so,and then they brought in one idiot police department named Moca, the government haveto be footing the high bills according to what the government lady said.
That it causing the country how much millions of U.S dollars per year, the 3rd highest foreign bill on social media business.
All that money could be used on other important things, schools, police stations, water, road, you named it.
Everything that the United States is doing they are trying to copying them, Jamaica is too poor to under took certain operations. Jamaica is not at war with nobody, so why the government is trying to get involved into something which is not affecting the country, only want to gather information for the United States and. They are not footing the bill more than the poor people in general, haveto be shouldering the bill with their taxes money. You could hearing the dissatisfaction in her voice like she wants to cried, about how the government is wasting taxpayers money on on foolishness.

  5. What is so ironic that nobody in Jamaica cannot buy the Tallawahs, with all the billionaire, and millionaires in the country. It is really sad that they someone from Guyana owned the team, and what was really pissing off big.
That the owner want to play all the games in South Florida, depriving the millions of people is living country from watching the games lives at Sabina Park in Jamaica. While the organization said that at one time the most money was made at Sabina Park in Jamaica, and they were loosing money in Barbados and. If the government did not help with the games, they were going to move it.
Also what was ironic that they threatened Jamaican Tallawahs that if lighting wasn't installed at Sabina Park, they were going to all loose their games.
Can the management of the JCB, also Sabina Park tell the Jamaican people, how many games played there since that light was installed.
Those two games should have played at Kaiser Bauxite company in Discovery Bay in St Ann, now called Normandy.
Because it is more popular than the ground in Falmouth, because the ground is in the mid island where people have easy access to go. The 1st international game played at Kaiser Bauxite company in Discovery Bay in St Ann, is in 1974,Harrison line 50 overs game, Jamaica vs Combined islands.
But is one thing over the years since I was a boy until I becomes a senior citizen, that the JCB is of no used at all. The people who is on the board they are of no used, more than traced you like a woman. They are the only cricket board in the region does not defending their players, you will hear other people who are around as long as I and. Following up their bad behaviour against some of the players, I am not going to call no names. They all know themselves, they are some little tyrant dictators.

  6. With the mosquito causing some serious kind fever,I could remembered as boy grewing up in Jamaica. The government useto men working with the minister of health going around, and spraying those large bodies of water.
But it seems like those things was of the past, plus they useto educated people in general how to get rid of cans. Also bores holes in those containers that no water can hold in it,also buried the cans.
Because there are certain times of the years when the mosquitos breed up,what we useto do.
Is get the dried cow dung, and put into a basin and light it.Then when it started to blaze, we then put the green bush of it to give it smoke to drive away the mosquitos .Because is not everyone could buy mosquitoes destroyer, and it only for the house.
These younger generation in Jamaica does not know the intricacies about, how to live simple.

  7. Indecom is very much rude they are not the minister of national security who is incharged, or responsible for the police officers. That he is so concerned about taking away the police guns, because one of the officer killed his wife because of some mental health sicknesses. It is a world wide crisis, it is nothing new.
They have nothing to do with their time, more than trying to get themselves involved into everything. They need to get some knock into their mouths, because they are nothing towards the country. How can you want to take away the police guns, and left the for criminals to attack off duty. The police federation is very, very weak now a days, they are more concerning about promoting than anything else. Over the last 30years everything is very much declined so rapidly, you does not see any improvement at all. I know what am saying, because the main branches is very much dismantled for the worst.
