Sig Sauer P226 Legion: how well does the pistol perform in the shooting test?


The SIG Sauer Legion pistol is based on
one of the best-known 9mm service pistols made by this
manufacturer, the P226. The Legion is a double and single action full-sized
pistol that sports a number of interesting features. It is also
available in .40 Smith & Wesson and .357 sig caliber. The legion is built with an
alloy frame and stainless steel slide. It weights 964 grams empty with a 4.4 inch barrel that is 112 mm in metric. It features a special PVD gray finish
and g10 grips with the Legion logo on the top of the slide. Sights are fixed
and the dust cover has a Sig reel for laser and light modules. The Legion’s
magazine holds 15 rounds in addition to the double and single action, the 9 mm
limited version is also available in a short trigger reset, single action only
configuration.
