AFTER LEARNING THE RALLY WOULD LIKELY DRAW EXTREMIST GROUPS, GOVERNOR RALPH NORTHAM ISSUED A BAN ON WEAPONS IN THE CAPITOL TODAY– VOICING CONCERNS ABOUT THE POTENTIAL FOR VIOLENCE.
