NRA Action Pistol Competition Shooting | Starline Brass “The Brass Facts” Episode 19

Starline presents “The Brass Facts.” Hi, I’m Hunter Pilant and today on Starline’s
“The Brass Facts” we’re going to talk about some of the basic equipment you’re going to
need for NRA Action Pistol shooting. First and foremost, you’re going to need a
pistol that you can shoot out to 50 yards accurately. This pistol here happens to have a mover base for the moving target event,
and barricade wings for the barricade event. There’s also a practical event and a falling plate event. You don’t have to have this fancy of a gun to shoot NRA Action Pistol. You could have
a stock gun and shoot it. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a revolver
or semi-auto. Either one will work well. You’re also going to need a good holster and
gun belt, a shooting bag, and plenty of magazines or
speed loaders for your pistol. We hope you’ve enjoyed the video. If you’d like to learn anything else about
NRA Action Pistol shooting, or any of the other action shooting sports, go to our website
