New York bans 3D-printed guns, other undetectable firearms

THERE ARE ALSO NEW RULES FOR THE SAFE STORAGE OF FIREARMS IN HOMES WITH CHILDREN. THEY REQUIRE GUNS TO BE LOCKED IN SECURE STORAGE OR MADE HARMLESS WITH A TRIGGER LOCK IF ANYONE UNDER 16 CAN ACCESS THE WEAPON. EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR LICENSED TEENS.   1. It doesn't actually stop people from printing guns. I can still do it legally i just need to add a metal insert into the frame and i'm good to go.
