James Corden on Gun Control in America

NOW, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, OUR
SHOW WAS OFF THE AIR LAST WEEK, SO THIS IS OUR
FIRST SHOW BACK SINCE THE TRAGIC SCHOOL SHOOTING IN PARKLAND,
FLORIDA. WE WANT TO SEND OUR LOVE TO
THE FAMILIES OF THE VICTIMS, TO THE VICTIMS WHO ARE STILL
RECOVERING FROM THEIR PHYSICAL INJURIES, TO THE INCREDIBLE
FIRST RESPONDERS WHO WERE INVOLVED AND, OF COURSE, TO
THOSE STUDENTS WHO SURVIVED BUT WHO WILL DEAL WITH THE AFTERMATH
OF THIS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. WHEN I CAME TO AMERICA THREE
YEARS AGO TO TAKE THIS JOB, I COULD NEVER HAVE IMAGINED THAT,
AS A LATE NIGHT HOST, I WOULD BE TALKING ABOUT MASS SHOOTINGS,
LET ALONE SO MANY OF THEM. AFTER I SPOKE OUT ABOUT THE
LAS VEGAS SHOOTING, SOME SAID THAT I SHOULDN’T BE TALKING
ABOUT IT. ITS NOT MY PLACE, I’M NOT FROM
THIS COUNTRY, I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE HISTORY. AND MAYBE THEY ARE RIGHT. I STILL DON’T UNDERSTAND THE
RULES OF AMERICAN FOOTBALL, BASEBALL, AND I JUST ONLY
LEARNED HOW THIS COUNTRY PRONOUNCES THE WORD “OREGANO.” IT’S CLEARLY “OREGANO.” I MAY NOT BE AMERICAN, BUT I
HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WHAT HAPPENED IN MY COUNTRY WHEN A MASS
SHOOTING HAPPENED. I ALSO HAVE CHILDREN WHO ARE
AMERICAN AND WHO GO TO SCHOOL HERE. AND, LIKE ANY PARENT, I WANT MY
KIDS TO BE SAFE. HERE IN CALIFORNIA, KIDS
EXPERIENCE TWO THINGS THAT I NEVER EXPERIENCED GROWING UP;
ONE IS A DRILL FOR WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF AN EARTHQUAKE. AN EARTHQUAKE, AN UNAVOIDABLE
PHENOMENON OF NATURE. AND THE OTHER IS A DRILL ON WHAT
TO DO IF A PERSON ENTERS THE SCHOOL WITH A GUN, WHICH, IN MY
OPINION, IS NOT AN UNAVOIDABLE PHENOMENON OF NATURE, AND YET,
SADLY, IS WAY MORE COMMONPLACE IN AMERICA THAN MAJOR
EARTHQUAKES. I SAW THIS CHART FROM THE “NEW
YORK TIMES” WHICH MANY OF YOU WILL HAVE SEEN THAT SHOWS EVERY
LARGE COUNTRY THAT HAS EXPERIENCED A MASS SHOOTING. AS YOU CAN SEE THE LEFT-SIDE
REPRESENTS THE NUMBER OF MASS SHOOTERS AND THE BOTTOM SHOWS
THE AMOUNT OF GUNS IN A COUNTRY. NOW WHERE IS AMERICA ON THIS
CHART? THERE’S AMERICA. SO ALTHOUGH THESE TYPES OF MASS
SHOOTINGS HAVE BECOME NORMAL IN THIS COUNTRY, THEY’RE NOT NORMAL
AT ALL FOR THE REST OF THE PLANET. ITS PRETTY CLEAR FROM THE GRAPH
MORE GUNS LEAD TO MORE MASS SHOOTINGS. AND I KNOW THIS FIRST HAND
BECAUSE I’M FROM BRITAIN WHERE IN 1996, THERE WAS A PRIMARY
SCHOOL SHOOTING WHERE 16 CHILDREN AND ONE TEACHER WERE
SHOT AND KILLED. AFTERWARDS, LAWMAKERS PASSED
RESTRICTIVE HANDGUN LAWS IN THE U.K., AND THERE HASN’T BEEN A
SCHOOL SHOOTING SINCE. 22 YEARS AGO. IN 1996, A MAN IN AUSTRALIA
KILLED THIRTY-FOUR PEOPLE IN PORT ARTHUR, TASMANIA. IN RESPONSE, THE COUNTRY PASSED
THE NATIONAL FIREARMS AGREEMENT, AND THERE HASN’T BEEN A MASS
SHOOTING IN AUSTRALIA SINCE. LET’S LOOK AT JAPAN. ACCORDING TO “BUSINESS INSIDER,”
PEOPLE IN JAPAN CAN OWN A GUN IF THEY DO THE FOLLOWING;
ATTEND AN ALL-DAY CLASS, PASS A WRITTEN TEST, ACHIEVE AT LEAST
95% ACCURACY ON A SHOOTING-RANGE TEST, PASS A MENTAL-HEALTH
EVALUATION, AND PASS A RIGOROUS BACKGROUND CHECK INCLUDING
INTERVIEWS OF YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. AND THEN THEY CAN ONLY BUY
SHOTGUNS AND AIR RIFLES. THEY CANNOT BUY HANDGUNS. AND EVERY THREE YEARS, THEY MUST
RETAKE THE CLASS AND INITIAL EXAM. AS A RESULT, JAPAN HAS VIRTUALLY
NO GUN DEATHS. NOT NO MASS SHOOTINGS, BUT
BARELY ANY GUN DEATHS IN GENERAL. NOW, MAYBE SOME OF YOU MAY THINK
THAT THE LAWS IN JAPAN AND OTHER COUNTRIES ARE TOO EXTREME AND
INFRINGE ON CIVIL LIBERTIES. BUT WHAT THE STRICT GUN LAWS IN
JAPAN, ENGLAND, AND AUSTRALIA SHOW US IS THAT STRICTER GUN
LAWS CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN REDUCING MASS SHOOTINGS. AND I’LL BE HONEST WITH YOU,
AFTER THE MASS SHOOTINGS OF THE PAST FEW YEARS IN AMERICA, I’V
FELT EXACTLY THE SAME AS YOU. I’VE FELT
ANGRY, CONFUSED, AND FRUSTRATED THAT NOTHING WOULD BE DONE TO
TRY TO AVOID THESE MASSACRES. IT SOMEHOW ALWAYS BECOMES
POLITICAL. SOME ON THE RIGHT WOULD ARGUE
THAT IT’S NOT TIME TO TALK ABOUT GUN CONTROL, WHILE SOME ON THE
LEFT ARGUE THAT, FOR THE VICTIMS, IT’S TOO LATE TO BE
TALKING ABOUT GUN CONTROL. BUT PERHAPS SOMETHING HAS
CHANGED AFTER THE SHOOTING IN PARKLAND. THIS TIME, THE CHILDREN SEEM TO
BE USING THEIR VOICES LOUDER THAN EVER TO DEMAND THAT THEIR
ELECTED OFFICIALS ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. THE SURVIVORS OF MARJORY
STONEMAN DOUGLAS HIGH SCHOOL, NOT THE RIGHT WING OR THE LEFT
WING, BUT THE KIDS WHO, FOR MOST OF THEIR LIVES, HAVE BEEN DOING
THE SAME ACTIVE-SHOOTER-DRILL THAT OUR KIDS WILL DO. THE SAME DRILL I BET MANY PEOPLE
IN THIS STUDIO HAVE DONE. THEY ARE SAYING, “YOU KNOW WHAT,
WE WANT SOMETHING DONE. NO MORE JUST TWEETING “THOUGHTS
AND PRAYERS” FOLLOWED BY INACTION. THEY ARE SAYING “WE DEMAND
CHANGE. AND UNTIL WE GET IT WE WILL CALL
YOU OUT. WE WILL LAY DOWN IN FRONT OF THE
WHITE HOUSE IN PROTEST. WE WILL ORGANIZE A “MARCH FOR
OUR LIVES” IN WASHINGTON D.C. ON MARCH 24 UNTIL SOMEONE LISTENS
TO US.” WHEN I SEE THESE KIDS TALKING,
IT MAKES ME FEEL HOPEFUL. IT ISN’T FOREIGN LATE NIGHT
HOSTS YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO. YOU SHOULDN’T BE LISTENING TO
ME. JUST ASK ANYONE THAT KNOWS ME. BUT YOU CAN LISTEN TO AMERICA’S
CHILDREN. AND THAT FILLS ME WITH OPTIMISM,
THAT MAYBE AMERICANS WILL BE ABLE TO COME TOGETHER AND PUT
ASIDE THEIR DIFFERENCES TO MAKE A SENSIBLE CHANGE FOR THOSE
KIDS, FOR OUR KIDS, AND FOR ALL AMERICANS. MARCH 24th, WASHINGTON, D.C. WE’LL BE RIGHT BACK
( CHEERS AND APPLAUSE )

  1. Great so the Japanese will have 95% accuracy when there shooting people, with a shotgun which has been proven to be deadlier than the "evil AR15's" .

  2. You bring up a graph that showed that gun ownership per mass shooting in Russia is way higher then in America. Based of the graph I would say about 20% higher maybe 10, so this would show the means is now the problem. I feel said about all of these deaths, but I think there is a deeper problem that is not being addressed.

  3. It’s like most people don’t realize that there are weapons far more powerful than guns that can be obtained in the US. You can own just about anything you want so long as it is registered with the ATF. And yet they are never used for crimes. People are the problem, not laws.

  4. Mentally ill people can always buy guns illegally. By outlawing guns you make it so only outlaws can have guns.

  5. You can still buy guns in Australia, just not semi autos and pump actions. Also I think lever actions capable of holding maybe 5 rounds are being looked at, don't quote me on that though.. Also there's quite a few pistol clubs around the place too. As far as American gun laws go, haven't they always had the right to own guns? If you don't like them don't own one, if you're scared of someone shooting up the place then get one, if you're confused stay home.
Too little too late. Imagine what the gun violence counts going to be in 20yrs time, Murica f**k yeah 🤕

  6. The fact of this whole thing is by banning assault rifles or any gun or adding any stupid regulation you are literally stripping the American people of their fundamental rights as humans and you might say “well it’s for the greater good” BUT IT’S NOT! Their isn’t even any evidence suggesting that guns have caused massive damage COMPARED to the amount of times they have been saved roughly 2 million times a year someone saves their lives with a gun and only 300000 or so are killed and you ask me why I don’t like gun control?

  7. I am 32 and Western Canadian. We learned to listen to three knocks so we’d let the police in. The alarm would go off, and we’d hide.

  8. Another flabby white face on western media telling me the common people of america should not be armed when our government is putting children in cages to die. Disgraceful!

  9. I just watched (4) 911 videos where is took officers over 10 minutes to
arrive on a scene where someone called 911 and stayed on the line. All
4, the person that called 911 had to shoot and reluctantly kill the
intruder. DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT GUN CONTROL. Its a tactic to disarm
Americans… always the first step to socialism. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

  10. This will piss off most of the U.s but IL hand in mine if there is a ban Id hand all of them and IL keep one IL hide it so it never sees da light of day again unless the country goes into anarchy yeah a gun ban in the u.s but I worked it out it took Australia over a decade to clean house da u.s could take decades but the death tole will drop that's a fact if a few people die cause they can't kill another person in self defense with a gun I say it's worth it lol it's a genocide look at the death tole in da last 2 decades it's more then the genocide in Africa I know wat war is and wat genocide is the guns are creating a war zone if everyone is carry a gun to defend themselves lol wat does everyone think will happen if there is trouble lol everyone starts shooting at each other lol

  11. Chart disingenuous how many people constitute a mass shooting in the different countries how many of the shootings was justified and not. Some charts liable 3-4 people breaking into my home I would be justified in shooting them and it will still be counted as a mass shooting. School shooting charts count accidental discharges and shootings near school and off their grounds. Hell an officers accidental discharges was counted as a school shooting.

  12. Also just because you have a mental illness don't make you a danger to your self or others nor does it mean you can not handle a firearm responsibly.

  13. Hi, i am from Hong Kong. As you may heard what happened in Hong Kong, Yuen Long on 21/7/2019. Hundred of thugs were hired to fight unarmed, innocent civilians. Americans!! Don't give up on your firearms, it's not a killing tool, it's your start point of democracy…., freedom….!! We might fall, but you guys will survive. Don't be weak, stop bully in a civilized way, there's always another way out.

  14. Here's the thing, if you don't like guns, don't get them. But you can't present ONE good argument why law abiding private citizens should not own guns. And you especially can't give any good argument based on facts, instead it's emotional manipulation, that's all gun control supporters EVER do. "Big black scary guns with shiny metal stocks are assault rifles because they're black and shiny, and they scare me, so they should be banned, because their metal and their blackness makes them able to shot 50 bullets per second". Try again.

  15. Americans are Citizens and not Subjects. An Armed man is a Citizen of his Country with God Given Inalienable Rights. An unarmed man is a Subject… Subject to any god damned thing anyone wants to do to him. The first thing Hitler, Stalin and Mao did was take away the guns in civilian hands. Even Gandhi was pro-gun. Learn Real History so in your
total Leftist Retarded Ignorance you don't repeat it and become the next layer of fertilizer on the Killing Fields. Look up the phrase "false flag".

  17. I am not american, I am from Italy I used to live in Miami for a short period and Now I live in Singapore, i travelled a lot, as I studied history, I can understand why US citizens want to carry a gun, it is in their constituion, the only problem is that automatic weapons were not existing at the time when constitution was written…I don t see Any reason why a normal citizen must carry an automatic weapons in Order to defend yourself a normal gun is enough..the worst part is that when something like that happens it startsa discussion between demócrats and republicans that does not help at all the solution…for certain subjects Common sense should be used beacuse at risk is the life of innocent people..

  18. So if you ban guns how is the 80 year old widow home by herself supposed to protect herself from home invaders?

  19. I'm tired of people that know nothing about guns and statistics forming opinions on gun control and thinking it's a good thing just because the thought of guns makes them uncomfortable.

  20. Criminals will have guns no matter what the law says, stop advocating disarming law abiding citizens. Guns save between 500,000-3,000,000 lives a year. Non-suicide gun deaths are around 16-17,000 a year. Guns aren't the problem, mental healthcare is. I have a right to protect myself, and my family.

  21. If someone wants to be violent they are going to do it weather it be with guns, knives, chemicals, explosives etc.. Weopons in general are always going to be available to those who want them. gun control will not solve this problem. More lives are saved by gun carriers each year than there are lives taken and people with concealed carry permits are less likely to be charged with a crime involving guns than off duty police officers. If you restrict gun ownership all you are doing is opening up a black market for it.

  22. Why would any one care about what it takes to get a gun in Japan this is not japan this is america and we have a second amendment that states americans can own guns for self defense even if that defense is aginst the government if you dont like that you can take your queer ass right back to england where you cant even own a knife

  23. Gun control causes crime. Laws don't affect the black market, and the criminals will take for granted the inability of law-abiding people who aren't allowed to use guns to defend themselves.

  24. The only way to stop this Madness in America is for all Government representatives is to follow the rest of the world. As James Corden said , in other words " Lead by Example ".

  25. Nah…nothing changed at all..
August 3rd,2019..two mass shooting,in the same day but different state, kills 29 victims, wounded couples more

America Politicians mouth was stuck with bribe money from the NRA

  26. He's so right. And I can't understand why there are still people who don't like him. And if the president doesn't stop spreading hate and the weapons law isn't changed, it won't stop.

  27. If they made a law that mandates the creation of a program like thecmp.org then it is clear they are not interested in taking people's guns. They only project the false appearance of making gun laws but the laws are never more than legal background checks. I bet you did not know about thecmp.org or that a Democrat President signed it into law.

  28. NRA pull the strings they only care about money not people. Very sad. Wouldn’t live in America for a gold pig.

  29. After the inaction after Sandy hook, I lost all hope in our politics and government for substantive progress. Ultimately this isn't about Democracy, Freedom, Personal Defense, or Hobbies. Mass shootings increase gun sales. This is about Revenue per Victim.

  30. explain what laws would work to stop or even make a noticeable decrease in mass shootings/school shootings that could be implemented, be effective, and fair? and enforceable*

*edited; since many have commented(then deleted), and not understood the complexity of enforcing those laws.

  31. Well America nothing has changed since this massacre sadly and I would like to think your gun laws will change but I don't think they will

  32. You come to a country and benefit from everything his country has given, only to demand this country change to be like yours. We have the second amendment because we fought a tyrannical government, you home country. You brits don’t get to impose a dictatorship around the world for centuries and then lecture Americans about morality after the all the blood shed you ave committed.

  33. from Scotland we changed our laws after 1 mass shooting 22 years ago, will never happen again here. USA could be tomorrow and probably will sadly

  34. James Cordon pays more taxes in America than most Americans do and therefore has every right to voice his opinion.

  35. Have you had a violent crime committed against you? If not you have no right I have had a violent crime committed against me and I could have stopped it with a gun I have had 2 years of therapy and still can’t sleep I would sleep just fine if I had killed him so fuck you from the bottom of my heart

  36. The problem with the gun control debate is the complete inability to compromise and the distrust and hatred of the other side. Liberals see Conservatives as stupid and uneducated and are convinced that they're right. Conservatives see Liberals as weak and inexperienced. Both sides offer examples for an against guns. Conservatives use Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union as examples of why we need guns and Liberals use Britain and Canada as examples of why we don't need them.

A conservative doesn't understand the liberal logic of no guns and a liberal doesn't understand the conservative logic of guns. Because the two sides don't understand each other they come to distrust each other and with that comes a lack of communication and division. As the two sides drift further and further apart it becomes more unlikely for any cooperation to solve the problem of gun violence.

  37. It's currently the 11th of August 2019. A week ago there were another mass shooting, and 13 hours later another one. Before I go any further I should say that I'm not American so if you want to dismiss my opinions on a subject that doesn't directly affect me then so be it. But there is something called 'Freedom of speech' and I'm gonna use it now. I have heard this speech before and nothing has happend between each time the speech as been given. The media covers the story for a few days and then moves on to something else and we do to. As long as we aren't affected by it, we move on as if nothing happened. Now news in the US says that the reason for mass shootings are violent video games, ignoring the fact that those exists all around the globe and mass shootings do not. I don't have the answer to why this shootings happens but I have questions. How many more lifes need to be taken before you own up your own misstake, not everyone should own a gun. A gun isn't a toy that one can use to shoot beer cans or whatever. A gun in the wrong hands can cause devastations and we are currently witnessing that so if you own a gun and you aren't trained to use it (e.g you're not a policeman/woman or work in the military), you now have a choice. Get off your high horse or keep your gun.

  38. It hurts to hear the pain he has in his voice. People aren't taking this matter seriously.
How do they expect change when the continue carelessly allowing people to get a hold of firearms, so easily. It should not be normal for a person to go to a Walmart and leave with a firearm.
This should not be normalised. I'm all for keeping your family protected, but no one person needs to own an automated rifle.

I hope people can finally open their eyes and see that preemptive measures need to be put in place to prevent the further losses of young, innocent people.

    This is not a game.

  39. 99% of school shootings happen because people neglect first hand safety like don’t give a gun to people who might have unstable minds and parents who own guns should buy gun lockers where the firearms can only access to the weapons
Also guns control is dumb as f$&& because in France people don’t own guns and the knife related injuries is so high that it makes the percentage of gun shooting in the America look like child’s play

  40. There are more murders in tho countries then there are in the US and just go look at states with the most guns in them like Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho they have less violence. The CDC’s numbers show that guns save lives

  41. Banning guns would create a massive black market, it would increase knife violence, and all those other countries with gun laws you mentioned have far smaller populations than America and far different cultures than here in America.

  42. Clicked on this shooting by mistake only to be reminded it was one of last years shooting. I actually shouldn’t have fore gotten

  43. Bro as an American student and in a ghetto school there probably will never be a change because it's kinda a American thing I guess

  44. The intellectual dishonesty in this video, is beyond extreme.
Out of the 40K deaths these idiots repeat, 30+ are suicides.
The rest are divided between criminals, police, self defense shootings and the lowest number is accidental shootings.
In a nation of 325(350+ when illegals are included) million people, even at the 40K number, that is way less than 1/100 of 1% of the population.
When you figure in the fact that roughly 9500 of the remaining numbers are connected to criminal activities, with better than half being justified shootings by police or citizens in self-defense. That puts things in a different light.

As per mass shootings. Gun control advocates use a much broader definition than the CDC or FBI. The government classifies a mass shooting as a public shooting resulting in 4 or more deaths.
Gun control advocates use any shooting where 3 or more are injured, regardless if no one died or the circumstances surrounding them. This includes all the inner city gang shootings.
So the stats shown here are extremely misleading.

  45. Can someone tell me why this whole argument is retarded and wouldn't work at all. And anyone who agrees is wrong and there is apsolutaly no argument around it. Because in Russia they can own whatever the fuck they want and guess what no school shootings. It's unique to America and to his Japan argument. I'm stationed here I'm in the fucking military and they have a mafia/gang here and not even the police can do anything about them because cops don't just carry weapons people die every day from them because guess what group of people can't do shit. And kids shouldn't have a say in my fucking rights especially if I fight for them. I promise anyone who wants to break the law will keep there rifle. And it's like banning drugs I mean that's how we stopped people from smoking meath right? Fucking retards

  46. I printed yard signs that said:

"Our home is a gun free zone."

I offered them to all my friends who support gun control, but no one wanted them.

  47. I don't doubt gun ownership might save lives, but any country needs to be very careful on the checks necessary for gun ownership.

Some of the characteristics involved in mass gun violence are discussed in the following article.

    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/05/health/mass-shootings-mental-health.amp.html&ved=2ahUKEwi8nf2Npo3kAhWLSBUIHaHvClAQFjADegQIBBAB&usg=AOvVaw3j5X1BmRoFaZddjIhp4vp0&ampcf=1

  48. This guy is an elitist therefore he is bourgeoisie. He advocates for restricting the rights of the proletariat. Our rights were given to us by God who has authority over all. This includes the Federal Government who are controlled by the (((bankers))) to which James Corden unknowingly supports. California has drills because it's a retarded left-wing state run by the bourgeoisie who neglect the American proletariat. Their gun laws are stupid and unconstitutional. How? SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED UPON! Mass shootings are not common. And of course he pulls about the (((NYT))) because both James and the (((NYT))) are left leaning. That's confirmation bias. Also the problem isn't guns its antidepressant drugs. A side effect of these drugs is suicidal and violent thoughts. A lot of mass shooters have either been on or have been withdrawing from antidepressants. More guns actually leads to less mass shootings. Just look at the example of what happened in Oklahoma where an armed good-samaritan stopped a mass shooter. For Australia less than 3% actually turned in their guns and the crime rate was already dropping before the buyback program. The program had no effect on the crime rate. And Japan has no gun deaths because they don't have Democrats whose policies create the conditions for crime and poverty. Last time I checked criminals don't follow the law. They can get guns illegally off the dark web, build them at home, or use anything other than an AR-15 which is a semi-automatic rifle. An AR-15 is not fully automatic. Fully semi automatic is a bullshit term. Also people like James Corden just use tragedies to push their agendas. Some working class people outta beat these elitists to a pulp.

  49. James is right. Laws ban things. Remember how prohibition stopped everyone drinking alcohol. Remember how drug laws stopped millions of people dying from drugs? Please America be more like the U.K. we only have to worry about knife crime and acid attacks. Also a buyback is totally legal and is not confiscation….at all.

  50. Thank you James Corden.
Common sense. I am shocked James signed a new contract till 2022 in light of the recent mass shootings maybe he is hoping someone in US government will use common sense. Enough is enough, no more mass shootings

  51. IF you let the fake Jews take away your guns you are facing internment camps and millions of Americans being exterminated bt their evil agenda. This has been done before in Russia's Gulags in the 1920's 60 million Christians genocided by fake Jews. DON'T GIVE UP YOUR GUNS. A lot of these so called massacres are paid Soros actors that's why you never see dead bodies.

  52. Whether you are American or NOT, you have a right to speak up about our gun problem. It is massive, terrifying, and if you are a HUMAN you have a right to speak up when you recognize something that is sick and highly problematic, period. There is no question about it: getting a gun should be MUCH harder, and if you are a responsible, safe gun owner you should understand this logic and have no problem at all doing SOMETHING THAT HAS PROVEN to lower gun violence.

  53. More mental illness leads to more mass shootings! The second amendment is the second MOST IMPORTANT AMENDMENT OF ALL OF THEM! you don't have to understand why. You DO have to accept that or your living in the wrong country!
