  2. Which stupid bitch thought that using a white model for this would be acceptable? And this stupid mua is probably one of them south Asians that love kissing Caucasian ass.

  3. Why is there so much hatred for using light skinned model. Strategy is made according to external factors which r prevalent in that specific country. And the fact is that, Indian people love seeing fair people on screen, that's why all bollywood stars r so fair, they don't specifically represent Indian skin colour by they make money for financer

  4. I have always been brilliant kid in school, college and always remained on top position. Bt when it came to marriage, I was looked down upon just because of my dusky skin. I have an attractive personality and good features. If this discrimination can happen to me, who else can b spared.

  5. The silly fact is this, even a lot darker Indian thinks himself/herself fair and won't purchase anything which is supposed to b for dark people. Thier is no concept of using matching foundation to ur skin. It's nt right if it's nt white

  6. I dnt blame mac or marketing people, if they have to survive. They need to adjust to people liking in india. In the end wht matters the most is the money.

  7. Women are so pissed at the model! guess what ? you should be happy that Indian look is been practiced even among light skin colours! but now its the age of bullying white people!

  8. You couldn't have picked up a brown person? That's not how we look. And btw you've still put up this shit? How about just go and remake another one with an actual brown person.

  9. Is this the only Indian bridal makeup ⁉️ this is not a prototype of Indian brides… Why can't they show a South Indian bridal makeup or a Bengali or a Marathi bridal makeup…. Sometimes it's sickening when so called professional Indian makeup artists associated with world renowned makeup brands make ppl in the west believe that a bride with a red veil is the only kind of Indian… bride…😑😑😑😑😑😑

  10. I've noticed that the model was not smiling when she didn't had makeup but as the artist was proceeding she started smiling 😂😂😂😂

  11. So done with "white models" being represented as the face of indian women…for christ sake when is this gonna stop!

  12. I exactly agree with everyone here… I was expecting a beautiful transformation from a plain pretty majority Indian skin tone girl to a gorgeous bride who could rock it in her D day but there's a white model instead.. and to be honest the after makeup rather looked a bit heavy on her than the fresh face it was started with

  13. She was looking cute before that shit indian makeup plus indians are nothing except ugly black bitches and its fact

  14. Actually u don't have any challenge to make up her….. could have used Indian skin shade ( bit dusky) to proove how make up works….I can't call this as a big effort

  15. Indians hAve way more difficult skin to work on honestly i can say bcoz I’m a makeup artist i have done makeups on both indians and white girls and honestly i founf it too easy to do makeup on white girl but no offence that’s not same with indians so it would be better if you do the same section w indian model who have pores pigmentation on skin etc

  16. None of the women in the Indian industry represent Indian women. For those who are saying they should’ve hired an Indian model, should already know the Indian industry is obsessed with fair skin and very racist towards dark skinned women. I have been to India and majority of women does not look anything like any models and actresses in the Indian industry. It’s all very deceiving as the industry is obsessed with hiring caucasian models and actresses! Shame on Indian industry, stop watching their shit or else they’ll never learn!

  17. Amazing. Using fair white model for an Indian makeup tutorial knowing damn well the "fairer is best" skin ideal is problematic in Indian culture.

  18. Omg everyone bashing the model for being white or MAC choosing a white model? And what man? You looking at colour is the very definition of racism. There’s tons of more important things to get offended over and fight for ! And yes I’m indian. Chill the fuck out guys

  19. Couldn't find a brown skinned Indian gal for a model. Such a shame we fetishize white women and ignore our own beauty. Brown is beautiful.

  20. Hello.. Sir….
Sir please… indain bridal k liye Mac studio finish consealer ka kaun sa shade sahi rahega plzzzz bataye..

  22. I am a South Indian with shade around NC 27-30, with mixed tones…. but she doesn't look anywhere around my color and he applied NC30🤔🤔!!???

  23. i m also a indian but my skin is more fairer then her …but what if he choose indian model with fair skin ..i know most of indian has a duske skin colour but understand us too we are also indians and we also wants to know a makeup for fair indian skin….

  24. To be fair, I don't believe this model is white… she looks like very light skinned Pakistani. She has some of the classic Pakistani/Indian facial features and structure, but her skin is just quite fair. Like Nargis Fakhri etc.

I still wish they'd used a darker-skinned Indian/Pakistani/south Asian woman, that would have been a much better representation, but for all those comments saying "why they use a white girl???" she is definitely not.

  25. Why do people think that there are no fair skinned women in India.. there are equally fair skinned women in our country as there are dark and tan skinned.. and both have their own beauties. I am between medium to dark and my mom is fair as hell!

  26. I don’t know why y’all mad, if they wanted to represent Indian makeup on a black white model so be it. As long as they aren’t culturally appropriating anything. I kind of liked it 😀

  27. The least MAC could do was find someone with brown tone and warm yellow under tone. But this is straight up DUMB

what kind of BS do we live in? Haha
